We believe that shopping should be stress free so we've kept it simple. 

UK and International orders are payable via Pay Pal. This is a widely acceptable and safe on line payment method. 

 

Orders for delivery within the UK are sent by First Class post with proof of delivery. Overseas orders will be sent by Air Mail either via Royal Mail or an alternative shipping company.  

For overseas orders, any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your country will be your responsibility.

Because our products are hand made please allow up to three weeks for delivery though every effort will be done to get things shipped out as soon as possible. Please note that as products are hand made and fabrics and materials are sourced on a small scale that some colour variation may occur but kept to a minimal.

Refund and exchanges are left to the discretion of Munano and we ask if you do have a query to please contact us via e mail up to a week after receipt of your goods.

Any damage due to mishandling by the buyer or while in transit will not entitle you to a refund.
